Traditional Tibetan counter, the counter is tied to the two symmetrical sides of the Buddha head

Instructions: Count by the number of beads. One side represents the ones digit and the other side represents the tens digit. When you have finished a circle of beads, move one side of the counter up one bead. When all ten beads have been moved up, move the other side up one bead. This makes counting easier.
